About the Ngamo Pride

This pride is the first to be released by the African Lion Rehabilitation & Release into the Wild Program into a semi-wild environment.  They are therefore the first pride that will give birth to cubs that will eventually be released back into the wild when they are in their third year (2013).

For those who have recently joined us on this blog; have you wondered how it all started for the Ngamo pride?  Well, here is a film that will let you relive their release and the days immediately following that.

This blog is the story of their lives….
